About the Role We're building one of India's largest commercial video data collection networks and are looking for energetic field sales professionals to acquire businesses for our commercial video recording program. Key Responsibilities Acquire and onboard 8+ businesses daily for commercial video data collection. Visit factories, manufacturing units, warehouses, workshops, service centres, commercial kitchens, printing & packaging units, facility management companies and similar commercial establishments. Build and maintain a strong business pipeline within your assigned territory. Identify new industrial areas, business clusters and commercial corridors for expansion. Complete business onboarding details accurately. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of recordings. Maintain relationships with business owners until recordings are completed. Candidate Requirements Minimum 1 year of Field Sales / Business Development / Vendor Acquisition experience Comfortable with extensive field travel. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Native fluency in the local language. Working knowledge of English or Hindi. Ability to work independently and consistently achieve daily targets. Existing network of local business owners is an added advantage. • Fabrication & Construction: Build new molds, die-casting tools, and metal stamping components according to strict engineering drawings and specifications. • Machine Operation: Set up and safely operate a variety of toolroom equipment, including manual and CNC milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, and wire EDM systems. • Maintenance & Repair: Disassemble, clean, inspect, and troubleshoot malfunctioning mold tooling to resolve production line issues and ensure optimal performance. • Blueprint & CAD Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret mechanical blueprints, 3D CAD models, and customer-supplied schematic files. • Quality Control: Conduct thorough dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, dial calipers, pin gauges) to verify strict tolerance compliance. • Collaboration & Testing: Work with design engineers to evaluate mold feasibility, create prototype fixtures, and fine-tune molds based on testing and validation outcomes.

• Concept Development: Create detailed space plans, layout configurations, and interior concepts for residential and commercial projects. • Technical Drafting: Generate precise 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings for site execution. • 3D Visualisation: Build accurate, high-quality 3D models, textures, and perspectives to help clients visualize space layouts and material finishes. • Material Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate color palettes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and materials. • Client Interaction: Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback efficiently. • Site Coordination: Coordinate occasionally with project managers and site vendors to ensure execution aligns perfectly with design specifications.

Architect We are looking for a creative, practical and detail-oriented Architect with 2–4 years of experience in residential projects, who can take projects from concept to completion and work closely with clients and site teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and design small to medium-sized residential projects from concept to completion. Understand customer requirements and translate them into concepts, layouts and rough plans. Develop designs considering functionality, aesthetics, budget and site conditions. Define project requirements and schedule design activities accordingly. Prepare accurate drawings and coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors and site teams. Visit project sites, including occasional weekend visits, when required. Identify design/site issues and provide practical and cost-effective solutions. Ensure attention to detail and smooth transition from design to execution. Technical knowledge Proficiency in AutoCAD and preferably Lumion, Enscape ,SketchUp, or similar tools Knowledge of structural coordination, MEP services, building materials, and construction methods Ability to read and produce accurate working drawings Experience, Qualification & Skills B.Arch or equivalent qualification with 1–4 years of experience. Residential project experience is mandatory. Strong knowledge of layouts, colours, lighting, materials and finishes. Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities. Creative talent, imagination and a good eye for design, shapes, colours, architecture and 3D visualization. Excellent communication, presentation and client-handling skills. Good understanding of construction methods, materials and site execution. Ability to work within project timelines and budgets. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and willingness to take responsibility. Excellent portfolio of previous residential projects. Passionate about creating thoughtful designs and delivering the client’s dream home.
