Key Responsibilities Lead and design small to medium-sized residential projects from concept to completion. Understand customer requirements and translate them into concepts, layouts and rough plans. Develop designs considering functionality, aesthetics, budget and site conditions. Define project requirements and schedule design activities accordingly.
