Admissions Counsellor (International School)

Job Summary We are hiring a poised and persuasive Admissions Counsellor to represent our international school’s multi-board offerings (CBSE, ICSE, and Cambridge). You will conduct face-to-face counselling, handle campus tours, and guide prospective parents through the complete enrolment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Counsel walk-in parents regarding our global curriculum, teaching methodologies, and facilities. • Convert telephonic and online inquiries into confirmed school admissions. • Lead campus walkthroughs and answer detailed queries regarding fee structures and admissions policies. • Oversee the end-to-end enrolments documentation and on boarding process for new students. • Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents to enhance school reputation and referral admissions. Requirements & Skills • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory (with a highly professional command of Bengali/Hindi). • Education & Experience: Preferably Graduate. 2 to 4 years of experience in school admissions, academic counselling, or premium relationship management. • Skills: Polished personality, excellent negotiation skills and a target-driven mind-set.
