Sales Executive – Job Description Company: Lighthouse Properties Job Summary Lighthouse Properties is looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell residential plots and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through field activities, references, and digital sources. Meet prospective customers and explain project features, pricing, and benefits. Conduct site visits and assist customers throughout the sales process. Follow up with leads to convert them into successful sales. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records. Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for lead management. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage referrals. Stay updated on company projects and real estate market trends. Requirements Graduate or Intermediate (preferred). 0–3 years of experience in sales or real estate (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply). Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Telugu; basic English/Hindi is an added advantage. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
