Architect We are looking for a creative, practical and detail-oriented Architect with 2–4 years of experience in residential projects, who can take projects from concept to completion and work closely with clients and site teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and design small to medium-sized residential projects from concept to completion. Understand customer requirements and translate them into concepts, layouts and rough plans. Develop designs considering functionality, aesthetics, budget and site conditions. Define project requirements and schedule design activities accordingly. Prepare accurate drawings and coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors and site teams. Visit project sites, including occasional weekend visits, when required.
