Job Title: Telecaller Location: Vikhroli West Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join at Vikhroli West. The primary responsibility is to reach out to freshers, inform them about our courses and benefits, and guide them through the admission process. Key Responsibilities: Contacting freshers and inviting them for meetings. Explaining the courses and their benefits clearly and persuasively. Completing the admission process and maintaining accurate records. Following up on scheduled payments and ensuring timely collections. Tracking the progress of existing students on their training schedules. Providing guidance and support to trainees as and when required. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical courses in a simple and convincing manner. Organized and proactive in follow-ups and record-keeping. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus.
