Business Development Officer

Role & Responsibilities – Business Development Officer Identify and onboard local scrap dealers, vendors, wholesalers, recyclers and buyers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the scrap & recycling network. Promote and demonstrate Ri8Value App and Ri8Value Scrap Mart. Generate new business opportunities and increase platform transactions. Conduct field visits and develop the local market. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate successful transactions. Track leads, onboarding, follow-ups and business performance. Collect market intelligence on scrap rates, demand, supply and competitors. Achieve monthly onboarding, transaction and revenue targets.
