We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Teller Callers / Telecallers to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities Call customers/leads and understand their financial requirements. Explain suitable loan products and eligibility criteria. Guide customers through the loan application process on the MyPaisaSathi website. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. Generate quality leads and convert interested customers into successful applications. Coordinate with the internal sales/operations team for application processing. Maintain accurate customer and calling records. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets. Follow company guidelines while communicating loan-related information to customers. Candidate Requirements Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English will be an advantage. Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Basic knowledge of smartphones, computers and MS Excel/Google Sheets. Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets. Fresher candidates are welcome. Previous experience in telecalling, sales, BFSI, DSA, loans or fintech will be an added advantage.
