Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and schedule property site visits. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases. • Handle inbound inquiries related to residential and commercial properties. • Explain property details, pricing, location advantages, and investment opportunities. • Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team. • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software. • Generate and qualify leads for property sales and rentals. • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets. • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management. Required Skills • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. • Good persuasion and negotiation abilities. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email). • Ability to handle customer objections professionally. • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. • Knowledge of the local real estate market is an added advantage.
