Telecaller – Loan Sales & Customer Support Company: SV ProMeans Position: Telecaller – Loan Products Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to generate leads and assist customers with various loan and financial products. The candidate will communicate with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain suitable loan options, and coordinate with the team until the loan application process is completed. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate loan leads. Understand customers’ financial and loan requirements. Explain loan products such as Business Loans, MSME Loans, Working Capital Loans, Personal Loans, Home Loans and Loan Against Property. Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp. Collect basic customer information and required documents. Coordinate with the loan processing team, banks and NBFCs. Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions. Achieve monthly lead-generation and conversion targets. Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers. Requirements Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, banking, finance or loan processing is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp. Positive attitude and willingness to work with sales targets. Ability to convince and professionally handle customer queries.
