Key Responsibilities * Promote and sell financial products such as Loans, Credit Cards, Bank Accounts, Demat Accounts, and Insurance. * Generate leads through various online and offline channels. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for application processing. * Verify and manage customer documentation. * Follow up with customers and partners to ensure smooth processing. * Recruit, onboard, and support merchant partners and freelancers. * Maintain accurate records, reports, and MIS data. * Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions. * Support business development and expansion activities. * Achieve individual and team performance targets. Eligibility * Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. * Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass), Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer and internet knowledge. * Banking, Finance, Insurance, Sales, or Customer Service experience is an added advantage.
