🚨 HIRING: FIELD SALES OFFICER *Location:* Mohamed Ali Road, Mumbai – 400003 *Salary / CTC:* ₹2.8 – ₹3.5 LPA *Experience:* 1–2 Years *Working Hours:* 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM *Travel Allowance:* Included in CTC 🔎 WE'RE LOOKING FOR A motivated and target-oriented *Field Sales Officer* with strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive customer acquisition, sales, and relationship management in the local market. 💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Acquire new *Savings & Current Account (CASA)* customers. - Mobilize *Fixed Deposits and Recurring Deposits*. - Source and generate *retail loan business*. - Cross-sell *insurance products* to customers. - Promote *digital banking products and services*. - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. - Conduct field visits and actively engage with prospective customers. - Identify new business opportunities within the assigned market. 🎯 REQUIRED SKILLS - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for field marketing - Knowledge of local market and customer segments - Basic understanding of banking and financial products - Good customer acquisition and relationship-building skills - Target-oriented approach 👤 PREFERRED PROFILE - *Age:* 21–30 years - *Experience:* 1–2 years in sales / field sales preferred - Candidates with relevant experience in *banking, financial services, or field sales* are preferred. 📍 *Job Location:* Mumbai 💰 *CTC:* ₹2.8 – ₹3.5 LPA ⏰ *Working Hours:* 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
