Aivida works with healthcare professionals and service providers such as doctors, pharmacists, and lab clinics. Job Description We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Medical Representative to promote the Aivida healthcare platform and onboard doctors, pharmacists, lab clinics, and other healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for conducting field visits, introducing the Aivida app, explaining its benefits, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Promote the Aivida app to doctors, pharmacists, lab clinics, and healthcare professionals. Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and diagnostic/lab centers. Explain the features and benefits of the Aivida platform to potential users. Identify and generate new leads within the healthcare sector. Onboard doctors, pharmacists, lab clinics, and other healthcare professionals onto the Aivida platform. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers. Follow up with leads and ensure successful registration and onboarding. Achieve assigned monthly sales and onboarding targets. Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Collect market feedback and communicate it to the management team. Represent Aivida professionally during field visits and meetings. Requirements Experience as a Medical Representative, Pharmaceutical Sales Executive, Healthcare Sales Executive, or Field Sales Executive is preferred. Candidates with relevant healthcare or field-sales experience are encouraged to apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Willingness to travel for field visits across Chennai. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
