Our Services - Stock Broking (Equity, F&O, Commodity & Currency) - Mutual Funds - IPO Investments - Demat & Trading Accounts - Life & Health Insurance - Financial Planning & Wealth Management Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and proactive Financial Services Executive to support our sales, client servicing, operations, and stock market dealing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities - Generate new business through referrals, telecalling, networking, and client meetings. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Promote Demat & Trading Accounts, Mutual Funds, IPOs, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and other financial products. - Execute Equity, F&O, Commodity, and Currency trades as per client instructions. - Process Mutual Fund transactions and assist with Demat account opening. - Coordinate insurance renewals, documentation, and investment-related processes. - Resolve client queries and provide prompt after-sales support. - Maintain client records using CRM and MS Excel. - Coordinate with exchanges, AMCs, insurance companies, and internal teams for seamless operations. - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Desired Skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-oriented with a proactive approach. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and email. - Strong logical thinking and attention to detail. - Sales aptitude with excellent follow-up skills. - Willingness to learn and grow in the financial services industry. Eligibility - Graduate in any discipline. - Freshers are welcome to apply. - Experience in Banking, Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, Insurance, or Financial Services will be an advantage. - NISM Certification (or willingness to obtain it after joining) will be an added advantage.
