Hiring: Operations Executive Company: Pumo Technovation Job Location: Tambaram West, Chennai – 600045 Salary: ₹20,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate joiners only Job Overview Pumo Technovation is hiring an organized and confident Operations Executive to monitor CRM activities, student attendance, training progress, trainer schedules, and LMS usage. The candidate will coordinate with students and trainers, resolve operational issues, and prepare reports for management. Roles and Responsibilities Monitor CRM records, student details, attendance, and course progress. Call students regularly to check learning progress, attendance, and challenges. Collect feedback on trainers, course content, and training quality. Track trainer schedules, class completion, and syllabus progress. Monitor student and trainer LMS usage. Identify attendance issues, training delays, and operational gaps. Update student interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM. Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to resolve issues. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Share performance updates and concerns with management. Required Skills Good verbal and written communication skills. Confidence in handling student calls and follow-ups. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and internet applications. Familiarity with CRM, LMS, and web-based applications. Strong coordination, organizational, and reporting skills. Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
