Job Summary We are seeking a Design Engineer with experience in EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) Crane design and drafting. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed engineering drawings, design calculations, BOMs, and supporting project execution using Gstar and AutoCAD software. Key Responsibilities  Design and develop EOT crane structures, girders, end carriages, and related components.  Prepare 2D manufacturing and assembly drawings using Gstar and AutoCAD.  Perform design calculations based on applicable standards and customer requirements.  Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and fabrication drawings.  Coordinate with production, procurement, and project teams for design implementation.  Review customer specifications and prepare technical documentation.  Ensure compliance with relevant crane design standards and safety regulations.  Support troubleshooting and design modifications during manufacturing and installation.  Maintain engineering records, revisions, and design documentation. Required Skills  Proficiency in Gstar and Auto CAD.  Knowledge of EOT crane design principles and structural engineering concepts.  Understanding of crane components such as hoists, wire ropes, gearboxes, wheels, and motors & Goods lift.  Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.  Knowledge of fabrication processes and steel structures.  Familiarity with IS, FEM, CMAA, or relevant crane design standards is preferred.  Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Educational Qualification  B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Preferred Qualifications  Experience in EOT crane, gantry crane, or material handling equipment design.  Knowledge of design calculations using Excel or engineering software.  Exposure to manufacturing and fabrication environments.
