CCTV Technician

A R Computers is looking for a motivated CCTV Field Technician to join our team. The role involves field visits, site surveys, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and security surveillance systems at customer locations. Responsibilities Visit customer sites for CCTV installation, service, and maintenance. Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable CCTV and security solutions. Install and configure IP & Analog CCTV Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment. Perform cable laying, crimping, termination, and testing. Configure remote viewing on mobile devices and PCs. Troubleshoot CCTV, networking, and hardware-related issues. Carry out preventive maintenance and attend breakdown/service calls. Coordinate with customers and the office team for smooth project execution. Prepare service reports and update job completion status. Ensure installations are completed professionally and on schedule. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in CCTV field installation and service. Good knowledge of IP & Analog CCTV systems, DVRs, NVRs, and basic networking. Experience with cable laying and installation tools. Ability to work independently at customer sites. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel across Delhi/NCR for field assignments. Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
