Assistant to Retreat Manager

• Retreat preparation and organisation • Work closely with housekeeping and cleaning staff • Provide courteous and professional customer service when interacting with guests. • Follow established cleaning schedules, hygiene procedures and guidelines. • Support stock control and laundry management, keeping supplies organised and well-stocked. • Monitor and report maintenance issues. • Coordination with caterers and attending guests during meal breaks. • Working during the retreats based on 2 shifts (morning and evening) • Retreat closure • Coordinating with other departments to ensure high quality of hospitality
