Role & Responsibilities
Role – Business Development Executive (TalentXO)
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the B2B hiring and recruitment space
Reach out to potential clients (HR leaders, founders, hiring managers) across industries
Drive outbound sales efforts to build a strong pipeline of prospects
Work closely with the sales team to support client acquisition and revenue growth
Represent TalentXO in early-stage conversations with potential clients
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers
Research companies, industries, and hiring trends to identify opportunities
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
Qualify leads based on hiring needs, urgency, and business fit
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems
Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and Clay for lead generation and automation
Use ChatGPT to improve outreach messaging and personalization
Track outreach performance, response rates, and conversion metrics
Support continuous improvement of sales strategies through market feedback and data insights

Strong B2B Lead-Generation / Hunting Profile
Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 1+ years of experience in business development, Lead Generation and qualification
Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience in lead generation, identify new leads channels and execute end to end leads flow till qualification
Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have experience in lead qualification and scheduling meetings or demos with decision-makers (HR leaders, founders, hiring managers)
Mandatory (Tech Skill 1) – Must have working experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting and lead enrichment platforms
Mandatory (Tech Skill 2) – Must be comfortable running multi-touch outreach sequences (call + email + LinkedIn) and managing structured follow-up cadences
Mandatory (Data Orientation) – Data-driven approach to tracking outreach metrics (connect rates, meetings booked, pipeline value) and optimising sequences
Mandatory (Target Orientation) – Must demonstrate self-driven, disciplined work style with evidence of working against lead, meeting, or pipeline targets
Mandatory (Communication) – Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred(Tech Skill 1) – Must have working experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools for pipeline tracking and activity logging
Preferred (Education) – B.Tech / B.E. graduation preferred; candidates from engineering backgrounds
