Job Title: Frontend Developer (ReactJS) Company: Tattva Techworkz Private Limited Location: Bangalore, India Salary: ₹50,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Frontend Development (ReactJS) As a Frontend Developer at Tattva Techworkz Pvt Ltd, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to build scalable user interfaces and deliver exceptional digital experiences across our innovative platforms. Key Responsibilities UI/UX Development: Assist in building front-end components and features using ReactJS and other modern technologies while ensuring intuitive and seamless user experiences. Responsive Design: Develop responsive web interfaces optimized for a variety of devices and screen sizes. Collaboration: Work with designers, product managers, and backend developers to convert design concepts into functional interfaces. Performance Enhancement: Improve application performance, speed, and efficiency through best practices and modern techniques. Cross-Browser Compatibility: Help ensure consistent functionality and visual quality across major browsers. Code Quality: Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, and apply best practices for maintainable code. Learning & Development: Stay updated with emerging frontend tools, frameworks, and trends to enhance your technical growth. Qualifications · Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in ReactJS development (Mandatory).  Strong proficiency in ReactJS concepts including Hooks, Context API, Component Lifecycle, and State Management. Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Familiarity with Next.js and TypeScript is an added advantage. Strong experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.  Good understanding of frontend architecture and reusable component development.  Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous operations.  Knowledge of Git, GitHub, and version control workflows. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and frontend debugging techniques. Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
