Site Engineer

The Technical Site Engineer at High-Technext Engineering & Telecom Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for the installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and optimization of telecom, electrical, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects across India. Engineers work on technologies such as 4G/5G telecom networks, RF optimization, BTS installation, microwave links, fiber optics, solar power systems, EV charging stations, electrical and fire safety audits, battery bank installation, and technical site surveys. The role includes conducting LOS, RF, EMF, and UBR surveys, troubleshooting field issues, preparing technical reports, ensuring safety and quality standards, coordinating with project teams, and delivering projects within scheduled timelines. Candidates should be willing to travel and work at project sites across India while maintaining high standards of technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
