Shift Managers & Team Members - Burger Singh (New Outlet Launch)

We are launching a brand-new Burger Singh outlet in Chandlodia, Ahmedabad, and are building our core team! We are currently hiring for both leadership and operational roles. Shift Manager (2 Openings) Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month Responsibilities: Head and manage the outlet operations during your designated shift, ensure smooth workflow between the kitchen and front counter, and lead the team to maintain high brand standards. 2. Team Member (3 Openings) Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month Responsibilities: Handle daily order processing, kitchen prep and cooking, and order dispatch for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery partners. Shift Timings (Applicable to all roles) Our outlet operates on two daily shifts (managed internally by the team). You will be assigned to work one of the following 9-hour shifts: Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Evening/Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM Perks & Benefits Food & Accommodation: Free staff accommodation and duty meals are provided for all employees. Official Training: Comprehensive, professional training will be provided directly by the Burger Singh corporate brand for every single team member before operations begin. Requirements Comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment. Open to working either the morning or late-night shift. Prior experience in quick-service restaurants is a plus, but freshers are highly encouraged to apply as full training is provided.
