• Order Picking: Receive digital order lists on the store device and quickly locate the exact items (groceries, fresh produce, snacks, electronics) from designated store racks. • Quality Check: Ensure all picked items are in fresh, undamaged condition and check expiry dates before packing. • Order Packing: Safely pack the picked items into delivery bags according to standard guidelines to prevent leakage or damage during transit. • Scanning & Verification: Use handheld barcode scanners to log and verify items, ensuring zero mismatch in orders. • Rider Handover: Keep packed orders ready at the dispatch counter and hand them over swiftly to the assigned delivery partners. • Inventory Stocking: Assist in unloading stock from delivery trucks and placing new inventory on the appropriate shelves neatly.
