Senior Recruiter

Senior Recruiter We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead hiring efforts across India. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles, with a proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities -Source and recruit qualified candidates across India. -Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage. -Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. -Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. -Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. T-rack recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate records. -Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Requirements -5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably hiring in India. -Experience recruiting for technical and professional roles. -Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and major job portals. -Excellent English communication and interviewing skills. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions. -Experience with ATS or CRM systems is a plus.
