Job Summary We are looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing enquiries, coordinating with clients, preparing quotations, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. Handle incoming sales enquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales documents. Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries. Maintain and regularly update customer and sales databases. Coordinate with internal departments such as production, operations, accounts, logistics, and management. Track sales orders from confirmation to final delivery/execution. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities. Assist the sales team in meeting targets and achieving business objectives. Schedule client meetings, calls, presentations, and follow-ups. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues. Support the sales team in preparing MIS reports and performance updates. Ensure proper documentation of all sales-related activities. Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong coordination and follow-up abilities. Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports. Multitasking ability and attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment. Qualifications & Experience Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or a similar role preferred. Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also be considered. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely follow-up on leads and enquiries.
