Marketing Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator at Delhi location. The Coordinator will be responsible for performing market research, identifying growth opportunities, developing and managing marketing strategies, creating business proposals, and collaborating closely with clients to ensure outstanding service. The role requires building lasting relationships with clients, analyzing trends, and supporting business expansion efforts. Salary : 1.5LPA - 3.5LPA Experience : 0-1Year Incentive : 10,000 Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate data to identify growth opportunities and market trends Effective Communication skills to foster client relationships and collaborate with team members Proficiency in Market Research and knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is preferred Experience in Proposal Writing to develop compelling business plans and presentations Excellent Customer Service mindset to ensure positive client engagement and satisfaction Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in marketing or business development will be advantageous
