Job Title: Relationship Manager Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time Job Description: The Relationship Manager for our NGO will be responsible for implementing fundraising strategies to support our organization's mission. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the confidence to build and maintain relationships with donors. Key responsibilities will include: Managing donor relationships. Overseeing fundraising events and campaigns. Responsibilities: * Implementing fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals. * Cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors and sponsors. * Executing fundraising events and campaigns. * Conducting research and identifying potential fundraising opportunities. * Reporting on fundraising progress and outcomes to organizational leadership. Requirements: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed. * Passion for the mission and values of the NGO. We expect the base salary to be 2.88 to 3.84 lakh + performance based incentives.
