Guest Service Associate

* Deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth cinema operations at [PVR INOX] * Handle guest assistance and resolve customer queries * Manage ticketing and guide guests with seating support * Handle food & beverage service and cash transactions * Maintain cleanliness and overall guest satisfaction * Work in Gold Class operations and provide premium hospitality service * Quarterly incentives up to ₹40,000 based on performance * Monthly in-hand salary of approximately ₹26,000–₹27,000 * Candidates should have good communication and customer service skills * Minimum qualification: 1-year Diploma in Aviation, Hotel Management, or Hospitality Management
