Our platform automates daily production tracking, worker payments, client receivables, and order progress—replacing manual notebooks with a simple digital solution. We are currently onboarding our first manufacturing partners and seeking a results-driven sales professional to accelerate growth. Role Responsibilities Conduct 20–30 daily outreach activities (visits) to garment manufacturers using provided leads. Deliver live product demonstrations and address prospect questions. Close deals for one-time setup fees and monthly subscriptions. Maintain activity logs and report weekly progress. Build relationships in the local manufacturing community. Compensation Structure Performance-Based Commission Only: 25–30% of setup fee + 20% of first month's subscription per closed deal. Performance Bonus: Additional incentives for high volume closes. Demo materials, training, and travel reimbursement provided post-first close. Requirements Proven track record selling to factories, garment businesses, or B2B clients. Local to Ahmedabad/Surat with reliable transportation. Strong Hindi/Gujarati communication skills; confident in cold outreach and demos. Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented. Why Join Us?
