Field sales executive

We Ideal International Power Tools PVT LTD, a leading provider of premium power Tools and Hand tools in India, is looking for a Field Sales Executive with proven experience in selling power tools, and general engineering products within the Region. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a basic salary plus a performance-based commission structure. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new sales opportunities Build and maintain strong customer relationships Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations Achieve sales targets and close deals Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction Monitor market trends and competitor activity Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of Field sales experience in power tools industry in India. Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-driven with a track record of meeting targets Proficiency in English and Hindi (other languages a plus) Valid Indian driving license (preferred) Benefits: Basic salary: INR 35,000 – INR 45,000 Per Month .
