Job Title: Load Executive / Transport Operations Executive (Field) About Us: Speedline Logistics and Solutions is a growing transport and logistics provider company. We specialize in offering reliable, safe, and timely trucking and cargo solutions for factories, commercial shops, and industrial areas. Job Summary: We are hiring a dynamic Field Load Executive responsible for visiting local industrial areas, manufacturing units, wholesale markets, and transport hubs to secure cargo loads for our trucks. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between factory owners/traders and our transport network, ensuring continuous load availability and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Regularly visit local industrial zones, factories, warehouses, and wholesale markets to pitch our transport and trucking services. Connect with dispatch managers, business owners, and traders to identify their daily or regular goods transportation needs. Negotiate competitive freight rates (kiraya) with clients and finalize transport deals. Coordinate with truck drivers, fleet managers, and internal team members to ensure smooth pickup and delivery. Build and maintain a strong database and network of local clients, manufacturers, and transport brokers. Meet and exceed daily/monthly targets for load acquisition and revenue generation. Requirements & Skills: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in transport, logistics, courier, or field sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply). Good knowledge of local industrial areas, markets, and transport routes. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) for field visits with a valid driving license.
