Business Development Manager (Outbound Sales) Company: 75WAY Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Location: Phase 8B, Mohali Experience: 3 – 8 Years Shift: US Shift (Preferred) We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in IT Sales, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and End-to-End Sales for Web, Mobile, and AI-based services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and proven experience in generating business opportunities from international markets. Responsibilities Handle complete end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Identify new business opportunities for: Web Development Services/ Mobile App Development/ AI/ML Solutions/ Custom Software Development Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, and proposal discussions. Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth. Work on lead generation platforms such as : LinkedIn Sales Navigator/ Upwork/ Clutch/ Email Campaigns/ CRM tools Coordinate with technical teams to prepare project estimations and proposals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain sales pipeline, reports, and client communication records.
