Branch Manager

Branch Manager – Papua New Guinea Able Computing (PNG) Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to manage the overall operations and performance of one of our branches in Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving branch revenue and margin targets, developing corporate and government business, leading the sales team, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and year-to-date branch sales, revenue and margin targets. Lead and manage Sales, Showroom, Service and Software teams. Develop new business opportunities with corporate, government and commercial customers. Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships. Monitor individual and departmental sales targets and performance. Ensure quotations, opportunities and customer follow-ups are properly managed. Ensure consistent and accurate use of CRM, including daily updates and sales pipeline management. Oversee branch administration, accounts, inventory, assets and general operations. Coach, motivate and manage staff to achieve individual and branch objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting requirements and operational procedures. Requirements: Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Branch Management. Strong B2B/corporate sales experience. Experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets. Experience in IT products, technology solutions, office equipment or related industries is an advantage. Strong leadership, negotiation and customer relationship management skills. Experience dealing with corporate and/or government customers is preferred. Good understanding of sales forecasting, budgeting, margins and CRM systems. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Must be willing to relocate and work in Papua New Guinea.
