AI Receptionist Manager

Job Description We are looking for an AI Receptionist Manager to set up, manage and optimise AI receptionist systems for inbound and outbound calls. Responsibilities Set up and configure AI voice receptionist systems. Build inbound and outbound call flows. Configure prompts, FAQs, call routing and appointment booking. Monitor calls, transcripts and AI performance. Troubleshoot technical issues and improve call quality. Manage CRM and automation integrations. Set up and manage multiple client accounts. Continuously improve AI performance and customer experience. Requirements Strong English communication skills. Good technical and problem-solving ability. Experience with AI tools, voice AI, CRM or automation preferred. Fast learner who can work independently. Reliable internet and computer.
