Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria. Generate and manage leads through outbound and inbound calling activities. Follow up with customers and assist them throughout the application process. Maintain accurate customer records and system updates. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and customer support. Achieve assigned business targets and performance goals. Deliver professional and customer-centric service at all times. Candidate Requirements PUC / Graduate (preferred). Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to work in a performance-driven environment. Female candidates will be given preference.
