Pp machine Operator

• Machine Setup & Operation: Calibrate and run PP strip, extrusion, blown film, or injection moulding machinery according to technical product specifications. • Raw Material Handling: Correctly weigh, mix, and feed plastic resins, raw granules, and colorants into the machine hoppers. • Temperature & Parameter Control: Regulate heat settings, processing speed, and pressure values to ensure the plastic melts and flows smoothly. • Quality & Dimension Inspections: Continuously check the outputs (e.g., sheets, strips, or moulded plastic items) for defects using visual checks, micrometers, or gauges. • Routine Maintenance: Perform minor tool adjustments, mold or die changes, machine lubrication, and equipment cleaning to avoid operational downtime. • Safety Adherence: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly follow factory floor safety regulations, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
