In this role, you will be the hands-on technical backbone for our educational clients. You will travel to various schools and colleges to ensure their IT infrastructure—from computers and servers to smart boards and internet systems—is running flawlessly. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical, on-the-ground experience in hardware repair and network management. Key Duties and Responsibilities Hardware Repair & Maintenance: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair desktop computers, laptops, and smart boards at the hardware level. Network Management: Set up, configure, and maintain local networks (LAN/Wi-Fi) to ensure seamless internet connectivity across the campus for students and staff. Smart Board Support: Install, calibrate, and conduct routine maintenance on classroom smart boards and audio-visual equipment. Server Administration: Assist in managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting on-premise server systems inside the schools and colleges. On-Site Tech Support: Act as the primary point of contact for IT emergencies at client sites, resolving hardware and connectivity issues promptly. System Upgrades: Assist in installing new hardware components, updating firmware, and replacing faulty networking cables or switches. Requirements and Qualifications Pursuing or recently graduated with a Degree/Diploma in Hardware & Networking, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong fundamental knowledge of computer hardware architecture and assembling/disassembling systems. Basic understanding of networking concepts (Routers, Switches, IP configurations, LAN/WAN). Familiarity with server environments and interactive smart board technologies is a strong plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to fixing technical issues. Good communication skills and a professional demeanor, as you will be interacting directly with school staff and administration. Willingness to travel locally to different client educational institutions as required. Compensation and Perks Stipend: ₹15,000 per month. Conveyance Allowance: All work-related travel expenses between client sites will be covered by the company.
