Key Responsibilities Manage and reconcile the CEO’s credit card accounts and expense reports Process and track company payments (vendors, contractors, and recurring obligations) Monitor payment due dates and ensure timely disbursements Assist HR in reviewing employee timekeeping and payroll for accuracy Support HR with payroll-related reporting and compliance checks Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information Assist with financial reporting and documentation as needed Qualifications Prior experience in financial analysis, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or payroll oversight Strong understanding of payment processing and payroll principles High level of discretion and professionalism Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Excel and accounting software Ability to work independently during scheduled hours Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) Job Type: Full-time
