At ‘We Love Digital Marketing’ we are looking for an engaging ‘Business Development Executive’ to boost services by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the ‘Business Development Executive’ will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience. The candidate would also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.
To be successful as a ‘Business Development Executive’, one should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings. A remarkable Business Development Executive will suggest ways in which clients' feedback can be utilized to improve our services.
Responsibilities -
Engage prospective clients through outbound calls to introduce our services and products, creating lasting impressions and building trust.
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries, offering accurate information and addressing concerns effectively.
Keep detailed records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy for follow-ups and reporting.
Consistently meet or exceed the engagement targets, contributing to team success.
Build and nurture positive client relationships to foster brand loyalty.
Business Development Executive Requirements:
1 plus year in Business Development in B2B Sales for Digital Marketing services or a similar role.
Excellent verbal skills in English, with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively.
Knowledge of Hindi and Bengali language is preferred.
Must have Laptop/PC with stable wifi and a dual sim phone or a spare phone
Calls are to be made through the SIM (to be purchased by the candidate) after joining and the same shall be reimbursed by the company as per Company Policy upon submission of valid bills.
Proactive, resilient, detail-oriented, and confident in managing client interactions professionally.
Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
Ability to switch the communication style on a whim.
Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
