Nagar, Chennai **Employment Type:** Full-Time Job Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain Star Health insurance products. * Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information. * Follow up with interested customers and generate sales. * Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Maintain proper customer and call records. * Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process. * Coordinate with the internal team to complete the sales process. Candidate Profile * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Tamil and English communication skills preferred. * Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or insurance will be an advantage. * Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome. * Candidates should be confident, motivated, and target-oriented.
