Job Description Position: Area Manager- IFA CTC: up to 8 LPA + Incentives Exp. 2+ Yrs. in HNI Wealth/ PMS/ AIF Sales via IFA/Channel Sales Location: Chennai & Hyderabad Education: Graduate or MBA/PGDM in Financial Planning/Wealth Management. Other qualifications, like CFP, will be an advantage. Industry: Financial Services Job Role: • Achieve given AUM and Revenue targets • Maintain relationships with the existing network of IFAs • Recruit potential new IFAs • Manage, recruit and drive the sales team for meeting efforts and performance targets. • Ensure the highest servicing standard for IFAs in the areas of sales support, query resolution, product training and client seminars • Build up a team as per the defined organisation structure. Job Mandates: • Educational Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate • Experience: 2+ Years in sales of investment products through IFA channel. • Team handling experience: Recommended • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of market pulse, trade knowledge, and understanding of the indirect channel. • IT Skills: MS Office and Business Intelligence Applications.
