Position: Telecalling Executive Location: Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our services, understanding their requirements, following up with leads, and maintaining good customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain company services clearly and professionally. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information. Follow up with leads and interested customers regularly. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets. Handle customer questions and communicate them to the concerned team when required. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Convert qualified leads into potential customers. Coordinate with the sales and management team for follow-ups. Provide regular updates on call and lead status. Requirements Good communication skills in Tamil. Basic communication skills in English will be an advantage. Confident and positive attitude. Good convincing and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to make multiple calls and maintain follow-ups. Target-oriented and willing to learn. Freshers are welcome to apply.
