ob Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker & Packer to join our warehouse operations team in Airoli. The role involves accurately picking products, packing them securely, and preparing orders for dispatch while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities Pick products from warehouse shelves as per order lists Pack items carefully to ensure safe delivery Label and prepare packages for shipment Verify order accuracy (quantity and quality) Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse Assist in inventory checks and stock management Follow company safety guidelines and procedures Requirements Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass Basic reading and counting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physically fit (lifting and standing for long hours) Prior warehouse experience is a plus Skills Required Attention to detail Time management Teamwork Basic communication skills Benefits Competitive salary (₹16K–₹19K) Overtime opportunities (if applicable) Weekly off / rotational shift Stable work environment
