Marketing Associate

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives across branding, design, and execution. The role involves developing marketing collaterals, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Design and Collaterals Design and develop marketing collaterals including menus, standees, tags, posters, and related assets. Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of all creatives. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all materials. Coordinate with external vendors for printing and production of marketing collaterals. Marketing Coordination and Execution Liaise with internal teams for artwork approvals, requirements, and timelines. Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Coordinate with external agencies and follow up on deliverables. Digital and Platform Support Assist in coordinating social media postings and content execution. Support updates across relevant digital platforms. Marketing Strategy and Planning Support the development and execution of marketing and branding strategies. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to derive insights on market trends and competitor activities. Assist in planning campaigns, promotions, and in-store branding activities. Track performance of marketing initiatives and share insights for improvement. Work closely with AGM and GM – Marketing on ongoing and upcoming initiatives. Documentation and Reporting Maintain records of creatives, approvals, and vendor tracking. Prepare and share weekly reports with AGM and GM – Marketing. Requirements 2–4 years of professional experience in marketing, design, or branding roles. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Good coordination and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with a creative mindset, and a proactive approach.
