Key Responsibilities 1) Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions. 2) Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital management, and key decision-makers 3) Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings 4) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 5) Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals effectively 6) Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, logistics, service team) for smooth execution 7) Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business 8) Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments 9) Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit reports to management Qualifications & Skills 1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred) 2.1–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Healthcare/Medical industry preferred) 3.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 4.Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships 5.Good understanding of medical products/equipment (preferred) 6.MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 7.Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused.
