Recovery Executive – Job Description Position: Recovery Executive Location: Bangalore Experience: 1 Year and Above (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply) Qualification: 12th Pass / PUC and Above Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives + Conveyance Job Responsibilities: Follow up with customers for overdue loan payments through calls and field visits. Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues. Conduct field visits to customer residence/business locations for collections. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery status. Coordinate with team leaders and management regarding recovery progress. Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery guidelines. Trace and locate customers in cases where contact information is unavailable. Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets. Required Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle customers professionally. Basic knowledge of banking, NBFC, or loan recovery processes. Field collection experience preferred. DRA Certification will be an added advantage. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
