Key Responsibilities: • Clean and maintain office areas, including workstations, cabins, conference rooms, reception, and restrooms • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, desks, switches) • Ensure pantry and cafeteria areas are clean, stocked, and hygienic • Refill consumables such as tissues, soap, hand sanitizers, and paper supplies • Dispose of waste and follow proper segregation and recycling practices • Monitor and report maintenance issues (lighting, plumbing, repairs) • Handle cleaning equipment safely and follow company hygiene protocols • Support office events or meetings by ensuring cleanliness and setup readiness • Coordinate with facility management or vendors when required Skills & Competencies: • High attention to detail and cleanliness standards • Knowledge of corporate hygiene and safety practices • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks • Professional behaviour and discretion in office settings • Basic communication skills and teamwork Qualifications: • Minimum high school education or equivalent • Experience in corporate housekeeping or facility management preferred • Familiarity with cleaning tools, chemicals, and safety guidelines
