Work Experience • Working as an Entry Service Desk Specialist in CDM Smith for past 9 months. Majorly working in the Refresh Assisted Setup team which takes care of setting up of new laptops for new hire and current employees who receive new laptops every 3 year as per the firm’s refresh program. Apart from setting up the new laptop also taking care that the end-users have successfully transition to their new laptops. • Also helping the Service Desk team in handling the incident queue. Taking up calls/chat and helping users troubleshoot their issues, analysing the issues for documenting and assigning it to the L2 team or the concerned team as per the requirements. • Received multiple appreciation from the US clients for the support that was provided to them. College Projects Major Project: Smart Boat for Real-Time Water Quality Monitoring Technologies implemented: Arduino UNO, SKU-SEN0161, LM35, TSD 10, LM393, GYGPS6MB2, Blynk App Description: IOT based fully functional boat which can sail and navigate through water bodies autonomously and monitor water quality. The objective is to notify the user about real-time water parameters and store the collected data for future analytics. It measures the parameters of water such as temperature, pH, conductivity and turbidity at different locations of the water body using the respective sensors and send data to the cloud wirelessly.

Description: IoT based fully automatic smart greenhouse. It uses input from different types of sensors like water sensor, humidity, and temperature, soil moisture, and LDR, etc. Node MCU is used as a microcontroller. The greenhouse conditions can be controlled by using voice commands via Google assistant and the Blynk app. The greenhouse is monitored in real-time on the mobile phone using the Blynk app.
