ª Presently serving at Amazon Seller services Pvt. Ltd as Facilities Site Support Manager (Step up role).
ª Handling Fulfillments centers independently with area of 4L Sq.ft
ª Handling team of 150+ FM Staff including Facility Manager (Third Party).
ª Ability to prioritize workload as per requirement and able to work under pressure.
ª Launch Experience of 2 Fulfillment Centers in west node.
ª Complete site HOTO from Real estate/Project team.
ª Preparation of Snag List and get all the snag closed with the help of Real estate/Project team.
ª Complete building 4M Planning, Ordering, Receiving in system.
ª Implemented IO, OQ and PQ processes while handing and taking over of equipment’s.
ª West node Regional POC for EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and launched 10 west node FC’s on EAM platform.
ª An analytical mind with the ability to think clearly and logically.
ª A keen learner with good Communication skills and ability to convince people.
ª Proficiency in conducting maintenance strategies, diagnosing breakdown problems and monitoring maintenance cost.
ª Gained knowledge of various Electrical machines.
ª Admirable experience in managing all plants and buildings as per health and safety regulations.
ª Exceptional knowledge of warehouse industry and associated facilities.
ª Profound knowledge of preparing and managing budget for facilities; Capex, Opex, Accurals etc.
ª Familiarity with various Microsoft office applications.
ª Experienced in liaising with local authorities, vendor management and contract management.
ª Prioritize daily facilities issues and effectively delegate responsibilities.
ª Schedule facilities Staff to achieve the most optimal labor time/cost ratio.
ª Execute on Strategy set by the operation leadership.
