With a masteer’s degree from bharathiyar University in botany, I have the potential to be a valuable addition to any company. I read and speak English proficiently

I have extensive knowledge of the basic computer programs and software used in this industry along with some experience working with auditing calls, solving the issues of the customers that includes working with both inbound and outbound processes. I also have excellent analytical skills with the ability to learn new tasks quickly and to understand complicated concepts.

My strong communication skills, persuasive personality and excellent leadership skills are qualities that make me a good match for various positions. Qualities that will help to ensure me a successful career in this industry also include the ability to learn and perform my duties quickly and accurately along with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
